Filling out a Script Form
There are 2 ways you can fill out our script forms,
  1. Print and fill the form in by hand and fax it to 03 354 4356 or scan it and email it to sales@melrosechairs.co.nz

    OR

  2. Follow the instructions below to fill the form out on your computer, laptop or iPad and email it to us.
Windows Internet Explorer
  1. Click on the “Script” required
  2. You will be asked if you wish to “Open or Save” the file
  3. Click on “Save as” and save the file to your “Desktop”
  4. Open the file on your “Desktop”, it requires *Adobe Reader to open
  5. Fill out script, IMPORTANT: do not save the script
  6. Click on the “SEND FORM” button at the top of page 1
  7. The form is sent to your email application, check your email outbox to ensure it has been sent, if it hasn't press the send mail button
  8. Once sent, your script form is then placed in your emails outbox, you can then copy or drag it into your client folder
Windows Firefox
  1. Click on the “Script” required
  2. You will be asked if you wish to “Open or Save” the file
  3. Choose “Open with *Adobe Reader”
  4. Fill out script, IMPORTANT: do not save the script
  5. Click on the “SEND FORM” button at the top of page 1
  6. The form is sent to your email application, check your email outbox to ensure it has been sent, if it hasn't press the send mail button
  7. Once sent, your script form is then placed in your emails outbox, you can then copy or drag it into your client folder
Windows / Mac Google Chrome
  1. Click on the “Script” required
  2. The script is downloaded to your computer and appears as an icon at the bottom left of your browser window
  3. Click on the small triangle to the right of the script icon, choose "Open with system viewer"
  4. Fill out script, IMPORTANT: do not save the script
  5. Click on the “SEND FORM” button at the top of page 1
  6. The form is sent to your email application, check your email outbox to ensure it has been sent, if it hasn't press the send mail button
  7. Once sent, your script form is then placed in your emails outbox, you can then copy or drag it into your client folder
Mac Safari
  1. Click on the “Script” required
  2. The script is downloaded to your downloads folder and opens in *Adobe Reader
  3. Fill out script, IMPORTANT: do not save the script
  4. Click on the “SEND FORM” button at the top of page 1
  5. The form is sent to your email application, check your email outbox to ensure it has been sent, if it hasn't press the send mail button
  6. Once sent, your script form is then placed in your emails outbox, you can then copy or drag it into your client folder
iPad
  1. Ensure you have Adobe Reader for iPad installed, you can download it from the link at the bottom of the “Scripts” menu
  2. Click on the “Script” required
  3. The script will open in the browser, tap the top of the 1st page, on the right an "Open with" appears, choose Adobe Reader
  4. The script opens in Adobe Reader
  5. Fill out script, IMPORTANT: do not save the script, it is saved automatically when you close Adobe Reader
  6. Click on the “SEND FORM” button at the top of page 1
  7. The form is sent to your email application and opens an email with the script attached, press the send mail button
  8. Once sent, your script form is then placed in your emails outbox, you can access it there or you can access it in your Adobe Reader folder
*Adobe Reader is freely available to download to your computer or iPad.
  A secure link is provided at the bottom of the “Scripts” menu and the download is very easy to do.
